Wash the chicken and put it into a pot of cold water, add a few star anise ingredients, add green onions and a little cooking wine and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the chicken and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat. Take out the chicken and soak it in cold water. After the chicken is cool, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
