Clean one big head fish

Cut it in the middle and make a few slits on the fish

Wash edamame

Seasonings are ready

Heat oil in a pan, add fish and fry until golden brown on both sides

Add minced ginger, garlic and chili oil

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
