Main ingredients: northern tofu, pork stuffing, mushrooms

Wash and dice mushrooms, mince green onions and ginger respectively

Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, add Pixian bean paste, minced onion and ginger, and shiitake mushrooms
