Overview
Funudo, when I heard the name, I curiously wanted to make it once, and it just happened to be able to dispose of the remaining whipped cream. It turns out that the taste is very similar to the taste of egg tart center, fragrant, smooth and tender! However, this product has a lot of calories, so don’t eat too much because it’s delicious!

Prepare the ingredients and soak the raisins in rum for about 30 minutes in advance

Add caster sugar to the eggs and beat with a whisk to combine

Sift in low-gluten flour and salt, mix well

Mix milk and whipping cream and stir well

Then pour into the egg batter

Mix well and set aside

Grease the inside of the baking bowl with softened butter

Add the drained rum raisins and spread them evenly, then pour the previously prepared egg milk inside

Put the remaining half of the butter into the pot and simmer over low heat until brown, then spoon it on top

Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, and bake at 180 for about 50 minutes, until the surface is browned.
