Garlic Grilled Pork Ribs (electric oven version)
Overview
Last time I went to a farm to eat a special dish, the farm-roasted pork ribs were cooked using earthen kiln style. It tasted really good. I still missed the taste when I came back, but it was too far to go there. It was unrealistic to run there every time I wanted to eat. I might as well make it myself. Seeing that I had an oven at home, I thought I might as well grill the pork ribs. Unexpectedly, it tasted really good after baking
