Cut the beef into pieces and rinse away the blood with water!

Boil water in a pot, add beef, add cooking wine and blanch the water to remove the blood.

After blanching, remove and control the water

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into small pieces

Pour oil into the pot and heat it to 70% to 80% heat, add potato cubes

When fried until golden brown, remove and control oil

After simmering for five minutes, add onion pieces and a small amount of soy sauce to reduce the juice (I don’t have green and red peppers at home, so adding some green and red peppers will make it more delicious)
