Squeeze out the water from the yuba and cut into small pieces

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add halved green onions and fry until fragrant

Put one or two red peppers and fry them

Add in the sliced yuba and stir-fry evenly

Add a tablespoon of stock or water and simmer for a minute or two. If you like it chewy, you can ignore this step

Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir well

Add some salt and stir-fry to taste

Pour in the remaining half of the green onions and stir-fry

Take out the pan, pour a little sesame oil and stir-fry evenly
