Beat eggs with twice as much water, mince green onions, and set aside Japanese tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Use a strainer to filter the eggs and pour them into the bowl.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add eggs and tofu over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, then turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green onion
