Steamed stuffed buns with fennel fritters
Overview
When I was a kid, I often ate steamed stuffed buns filled with fennel and fried dough sticks. The elders called them steamed buns filled with fried dough sticks. Today, I suddenly wanted to eat steamed buns stuffed with this stuffing.

Put the dough ingredients together into a container and mix into a dough, let it rest for 20 minutes and set aside
