Steamed stuffed buns with fennel fritters

When I was a kid, I often ate steamed stuffed buns filled with fennel and fried dough sticks. The elders called them steamed buns filled with fried dough sticks. Today, I suddenly wanted to eat steamed buns stuffed with this stuffing.

  1. Put the dough ingredients together into a container and mix into a dough, let it rest for 20 minutes and set aside

  2. Bought fried dough sticks

  3. Wash and chop fennel, add linseed oil and mix well

  4. Chop the fried dough sticks and put them into the fennel filling

  5. Add all the seasonings

  6. Use chopsticks to stir evenly

  7. Divide the rested dough into equal-sized balls and roll them into bun wrappers

  8. Add fillings and wrap into buns

  9. Wrap everything up and put it in a steamer to rest for 20 minutes and steam for 15 minutes

  10. When it comes out of the pan, the skin is thin and the filling is big

  11. One more
