  1. Prepare eggs, zucchini, onions and ginger. (ps: I didn’t buy a small one, I only used a quarter of the big one)

  2. Mix the flour with water and set aside.

  3. Fry the eggs and set aside.

  4. Insert the zucchini on a plug board, sprinkle it with an appropriate amount of salt, wash it with water, hold it dry and set aside.

  5. Mix the zucchini, eggs, salt, monosodium glutamate, salad oil, and sesame oil together and set aside.

  6. Apply an appropriate amount of dosage.

  7. Roll out the dough, add appropriate amount of fillings, and wrap it how you like.

  8. Boil the water and add the dumplings to the pot, cook until they float, then remove them after three minutes.
