Dumpling skin version of Liangpi
Overview
It was a pity to throw away the leftover wrappers from making dumplings. I used them to make a simple version of cold wrappers. I didn’t expect that they tasted great.

Prepare the ingredients

Dumpling wrappers, cut into long strips

Cut the dumpling skin and pull it on both sides

Boil water in a pot, add dumpling wrappers and bring to a boil, drain into cold water and set aside

Pour in a spoonful of white sesame seeds

Sprinkle with chopped green onion

Add half a spoonful of chili powder

Add half a spoonful of salt

Add 1 tbsp of minced grilled squid and pour hot oil over it

When mixing at the end, add 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds and mix well
