Steps
-
A box of chicken wings, just a dozen.
-
Use kitchen scissors to cut one end of the bone and kick the bone in reverse.
-
After all operations are completed, soak in cold water for a while to remove the blood.
-
Shred the onion and ginger, slice the garlic and set aside.
-
Drain the chicken legs and add the onions, ginger, garlic, and mix evenly with all the seasonings except honey.
-
Let each chicken wing be fully coated with the sauce and marinate for 2 hours, stirring 1 to 2 times in between. If you are not in a hurry to eat it, keep it in the refrigerator overnight for a better taste.
-
Prepare side dishes. Speaking of cutting vegetables into strips, I chose enoki mushrooms, celery sticks, carrots, and onions. Vegetables can be chosen according to personal preference.
-
Turn the chicken legs back over and stuff them with the prepared vegetables. It doesn’t need to be too full. The chicken wings will shrink during cooking.
-
Preheat the oven to 195°C. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, take out and brush a layer of honey on the surface. Bake for another 10 minutes and it's ready to go.

The chicken wings made this way are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious and not greasy.
