Shred 130g pork tenderloin. Add 10g cooking wine, 6g dark soy sauce, ginger powder and white pepper powder and mix evenly. Then add 10g egg white (I used frozen meat) and mix well, add 1 tsp cornstarch and mix evenly, and finally pour 1 tsp cooking oil.
