Fish Maw Pork Ribs Hericium Soup
Overview
I love watching Hong Kong dramas, and often eat fish maw in them. When I went to Sam’s Supermarket and saw it on sale, I bought one to try. I came back and checked, and it turned out to be fish maw. The taste is good, not very fishy.

Soak the fish maw five hours in advance.

Soak Hericium mushrooms two hours in advance.

Ingredients, washed and set aside.

Spare ribs, washed with hot water.

Pour cold water into the pot and add enough water at one time.
