Soak scallops and dried shrimps in advance.

Peel and shred the white radish and pickle with salt.

Then wring out the water.

Mix starch and rice flour with water. The amount of water is about 250ml. I forgot to weigh it. It is thick but not thin.

Crush the scallops with the back of a knife, dice the sausage, and dice the shrimp.

Heat oil in a pan and saute the sausage, shrimp, scallops until fragrant, then serve.

Use the oil used to fry the sausages to fry the chopped garlic sprouts.

After frying until fragrant, add shredded white radish and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Put all the freshly fried ingredients into the rice flour water and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Then pour into molds or plates.

Boil water over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 20 minutes. Let the steamed carrot cake cool and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, cut the radish cake, heat the oil in a pan and fry the radish cake until both sides are golden brown.
