Grilled Yellow Croaker
Overview
I was thinking about getting food while I was at home during the holidays! The second-generation air fryer is the most commonly used in my house for roasting peanuts. It comes out great without adding a little oil! Try grilling fish using its grill cage today!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Clean the yellow croaker
-
I measured the size of the grill and cut the fish head
-
Blot up the water with kitchen towel
-
Put it into a basin and add cooking wine
-
Add some salt and spread evenly on both sides
-
I also squeezed some green kumquat juice, if it’s not available, I won’t add it
-
Added appropriate amount of barbecue sauce
-
Make a few cuts on the back of the fish, spread the marinade evenly, put the ginger slices into the fish maw and marinate for more than 2 hours #Opinion Collection Order#
-
Take out the marinated fish, put onion, ginger and garlic in the fish belly and put it in the grilling cage
-
Start the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes
-
This is what it looks like after I bake it for 15 minutes. If you want it to be charred, bake it on high heat for 5 more minutes
-
When it comes out of the cage at the end, it can be served with dipping sauce, or you can sprinkle some salt and pepper, chili powder, cumin powder and squeeze some lemon juice
