Stir-fried diced lotus root with Aplysia
Overview
Aplysia is not a rabbit but a seafood with relatively high nutritional value. Aplysia was first named Aplysia by the Romans because it looks like a small white rabbit squatting on the ground with a pair of big ears. Aplysia is very rich in nutrients and has powerful therapeutic effects. Aplysia has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, cancer-suppressing and anti-tumor effects, and is a very worthy health food. Eating it in moderation can achieve a certain therapeutic effect. The nudibranch is very tasty and only needs salt to taste. The combination of the freshness of sea rabbit and the sweetness of lotus root is really delicious.
