Pickled vegetable omelette
Overview
This is a quick dish. When you're hungry, just beat two eggs, cut some pickles, stir-fry them together and you're ready to eat. It's quick and easy to operate.

Wash the pickles and drain them;

Cut the pickles into small pieces, stir-fry them in a small pot, and set aside;

Beat the eggs, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and beat evenly;
