Overview

  1. Remove the ginger, green onions and Sichuan peppercorns. Add the potatoes and tomatoes and continue to simmer until the potatoes are soft and the tomatoes are red.

  2. Peel potatoes and tomatoes, wash and cut into small pieces.

  3. Fill a casserole with water, add ginger, green onions and Sichuan peppercorns and bring to a boil. Add beef bones and simmer for three hours.
