Sanbao Beef Bone Soup
Overview
As the saying goes: Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. It can be seen that radish has high nutritional value. Remove the ginger, green onions and Sichuan peppercorns. Add the potatoes and tomatoes and continue to simmer until the potatoes are soft and the tomatoes are red.
