Braised food platter
Overview
Everyone in my family likes braised food very much, but I feel that what I cook is always not as delicious as the ones I buy. Fortunately, my neighbor is a hotel chef, and I learned a trick from him with my shameless face. I will never have to buy braised food again, and I can show off my skills during the holidays

Rinse the Chinese medicinal materials with clean water first and then soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes. Pork trotters, chicken feet, and eggs should be immersed in water when they need to be soaked, and cooked when they need to be cooked. I won’t go into details
-
Wrap the Chinese medicinal materials in gauze
-
Pour the usual amount of cooking oil into the pot, add rock sugar and slowly stir-fry over low heat to get the sugar color (the master said that the color will look better if you add the sugar color)
-
Fry until it turns into caramel color and add light soy sauce
-
Pour in the water for soaking the Chinese medicinal materials (auxiliary ingredients)
-
Pour in the cooking wine and bring to a boil to make a stewed soup
-
First put the prepared pig trotters, chicken feet, onions, ginger, peppers, and Chinese medicine bags into the pot and bring to a boil
-
Then add the boiled eggs
-
Add lotus root and peanuts. There are no restrictions on ingredients. Just put whatever you like into it. As long as your pot is big enough, fill it with water, put it on the fire and let it simmer
-
The lotus root can be marinated in 10 minutes, the chicken feet can be marinated in 20 minutes, and other ingredients can be stewed for about 2 hours
