  1. Wash the squid and set aside

  2. Cut the washed squid into pieces

  4. Take the squid out and put it in cold water and set aside

  6. Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

  7. Cut onions and green and red peppers and set aside

  8. Add black pepper, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, starch, and a little water to the sauce, stir well and set aside

  9. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic

  10. Add onion, green and red pepper and stir-fry

  11. Add the squid pieces and continue to stir-fry over high heat
