Debone the chicken legs and cut them into cubes, add salt and white pepper and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and mushrooms into cubes and set aside

Coat the marinated chicken legs evenly with a layer of flour. Heat oil in a pan, fry the chicken legs until golden brown and set aside

Heat the pan, melt the butter over low heat, add 20% flour, stir-fry slowly over low heat until it becomes a batter, scoop it out and set aside

In another pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the onions and saute until fragrant. Add the chicken, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli and stir-fry evenly

Add stock or boiling water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, add batter and mix well, turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Add light cream, white pepper, salt to taste, and cook for another 3 minutes
