Fried noodles with shredded pork and vegetables
Overview
Fried noodles appear quite frequently in my work meals. Even so, I still like to eat them. On days when I don’t want to cook, I just use some small green vegetables, also called chicken feathers, add some shredded pork to make some fried noodles, and then fry an egg. Either meat or vegetable, staple food, everything!
