Beautiful birthday cake
Overview
It has been two years since I fell in love with baking by chance. It has given me endless creative inspiration and made me feel the beauty of life. What I thought was countless unknowns presented with my hands is not only the deliciousness of food, but also a visual art effect achieved by food art. This creative birthday cake is sweet and delicious, as white as jade, healthy and nutritious, and the decoration of flowers (all kinds of dried Pez flowers made in advance) adds to the elegance and luxury of this birthday cake.

Have the required materials ready.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, and add 10g of sugar to the egg yolks.

Beat the egg yolks and add the salad oil and stir evenly.

Add milk and mix well.

Sift in the rice flour and mix well.

Beat the egg whites until coarsely foamed, add 1/3 of the sugar and mix well with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add sugar and 3g of white vinegar in 3 batches and continue beating until the keratin becomes a paste.

Add the beaten meringue to the beaten egg yolk batter in three batches and stir.

Pour into the original protein paste basin for the last time and mix evenly.

Pour the cake batter into the cake pan, shake out fine bubbles and laminate.

Boil the water in the steamer, put it into the cake basin and steam it for half an hour.

Remove the film from the baked cake pan and let it cool slightly.

Let cool and take it out (the rice cake is as white as jade and does not stick to the pot) and prepare to decorate.
