  1. Cut the tofu into 1.5cm thick slices, fry them in a small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides, and set aside.

  2. Chop the onions, ginger, and garlic into minced pieces, and cut the carrots and peppers into thin slices. Pair the various ingredients into a bowl of juice and set aside. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic. Add the carrot slices and stir-fry.

  3. Add the peppers and previously fried tofu, add the bowl of juice and stir-fry, cover the pot and simmer for a while until the soup is gone.
