Mango mousse cake
Overview
I’m really tired during the Chinese New Year. Anyway, I’m almost busy today. I have nothing to do in the afternoon, so I feel uncomfortable when I’m idle. That’s the problem with people. When I’m tired, I say I’m tired, but when I’m idle, I feel uncomfortable, haha! Let’s make a mousse cake to eat tomorrow on New Year’s Eve (this year is the 29th). I decided to make a heart-shaped red mirror, which means that the whole family will focus on celebrating the Year of the Snake prosperously. I happened to have mangoes at home, so I made a mango mousse.

Steps
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and beat over heat
-
Beat until there are no more droplets of egg batter
-
Sift in the flour and mix well
-
Pick up a small amount of batter and mix well in a bowl of oil and water
-
Pour the egg batter back into the bowl and mix well
-
Pour into a six-inch heart-shaped mold
-
Put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 35 minutes. This is my oven temperature. Everyone depends on their own oven
-
Prepare the mango and yogurt
-
Take the mango pulp and put it into a food processor to make a paste
-
Then pour in the yogurt
-
Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until soft
-
Place in a small bowl over water and dissolve
-
Then pour the mango yogurt paste into the basin and mix well to form a mousse
-
When the cake is cool, cut off the sides, cut off a layer on top, and put it into the mold
-
Pour in the mousse material, shake it a few times, and let the material spread evenly on the sides and bottom. I placed the sandwich by the window accurately, and it will be ready in more than an hour
-
There was some leftover and made into two tart molds
-
Simply decorate the cake
-
Put the QQ sugar into the orange juice bowl and dissolve it with water
-
Mix well and pour into the mold
-
Pour some on the two tarts too, the kids like it
