Stir-fried razor clams

This is my first time cooking razor clams~ I didn’t expect them to be very delicious and easy to make~

Soak razor clams in salt water and rinse.

Chop the onions, ginger, garlic and peppers.

Heat oil in a wok, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the razor clams so that they open completely.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and fine sugar and stir-fry.

Finally, add red and green peppers and stir-fry for a while before serving.
