Chop onions and ginger and set aside.

Wash the pomfret.

Heat oil in the pan, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Reduce the heat to low and add the pomfret and fry.

Flip and fry.

Add appropriate amount of beer and turn to medium heat.

Add the teriyaki sauce.

Add salt and cook until the soup thickens.

Remove from the pan, sprinkle with coriander, and pour the soup from the pan over the fish.
