Pan-fried dumplings stuffed with shepherd’s purse and meat
Overview
The remaining shepherd's purse meat filling and dough used to make dumplings were used to make fried dumplings. The outer skin was crispy and the meat filling was delicious. It was super delicious.

Remaining shepherd’s purse meat filling

Cut the dough into small pieces and roll it into a thin dough

Take a piece of leather and wrap it with stuffing, shape it into a shape, wrap it up, and wrap the remaining ones in turn

Add water to flour to make water starch

Pour oil into the pan, lift the pan and turn it sideways so that the entire bottom of the pan is covered with oil, place the buns on top with gaps in between
