Zucchini and Chives Box
Overview
I have eaten a coupled eggplant box, but I have never tried making a box with zucchini. Fortunately, the method is the same, so let’s change the taste and use zucchini instead of eggplant and lotus root. The same method of frying over low heat is used. The zucchini and leek box tastes good.

Scramble eggs and set aside

Chop leeks

Mix the scrambled eggs and minced leeks with salt

Cut the zucchini into pieces as shown in the picture

Put the egg and leek stuffing into the zucchini

Flour, eggs, water

Make it into a flowable batter

Glue the zucchini boxes with fillings into the batter

Pour a little oil into a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and place the raw embryo

Fry until both sides are browned
