Grilled Fish Belly with Black Bean Sauce

I bought some fish belly in the supermarket. It is not only economical and easy to make, but also has no small spines and is easy to cook. It is suitable for the elderly and children. Fungus is a cleanser for the intestines and is full of texture. Cooking it with fish soup adds a delicious taste.

Wash and cut the purchased fish belly into pieces.

Soak the fungus in hair and wash it. Cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, and slice garlic and set aside.

Add oil to the pot, add seasonings, peppercorns, cinnamon and two cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tempeh and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.
