Tiger skin green pepper
Overview
Stir-fried tiger skin green peppers, I like to use bean paste to stir-fry until fragrant, and then add a little vinegar. It is sour and spicy, very appetizing, and it is a great dish to go with rice.

Prepare ingredients.

Remove the seeds from the green peppers and wash them.

Place each green pepper on a cutting board and flatten with a knife.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and add a spoonful of bean paste.

Use low heat to stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant.

Pour the green pepper into the pot and stir-fry several times, then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt.

Fry until half-cooked, then pour 1 tablespoon of vinegar, then turn up the heat and stir-fry.

Remove from pan and plate.
