Wash the shrimps and marinate them with some cooking wine, salt and pepper. Then slice the lotus root, cut the pepper and green onion into sections and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, add ginger slices, add the shrimps to the pot and fry until the shrimps turn red completely.
