Bean curd mixed with black fungus
Overview
I had some yuba left at home, soaked it until soft, and mixed it with black fungus and green pepper! With the addition of vinegar and homemade red oil, it’s still spicy on this cold spring day!

Soak yuba in warm water

Soak black fungus, wash and tear into small pieces

Cut the soaked yuba into small pieces

Cut green pepper into small pieces

Put the yuba, black fungus and green pepper into the pot and pour water

After boiling, drain and cool

Take a small bowl and make a sauce: add light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

Add some salt and sugar, mix well and pour the juice

Add some minced garlic and red pepper flakes

Pour the prepared sauce on top, and then pour some homemade red oil. It is best to heat some salad oil and sesame oil and sauté the minced garlic. Just stir evenly when eating
