I had some yuba left at home, soaked it until soft, and mixed it with black fungus and green pepper! With the addition of vinegar and homemade red oil, it’s still spicy on this cold spring day!

  1. Soak yuba in warm water

  4. Cut green pepper into small pieces

  6. After boiling, drain and cool

  7. Take a small bowl and make a sauce: add light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar
