Wash and drain the chicken wings, lightly score the front twice with a knife, add all the seasonings, mix well with your hands, and let sit for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

Brush the pan with oil, heat it over high heat, add the chicken wings, and fry over medium-low heat until slightly browned.

Turn over.

Cover and sauté over medium-low heat for about 3 minutes.

After opening the lid, turn it over and cook several times until both sides of the chicken wings are golden brown and cooked through.
