Add a little oil, add pork belly and stir-fry until it becomes oily, add lean meat and stir-fry until it changes colour, add sliced ginger, green onions, thirteen spices and green beans and stir-fry for two minutes, add light soy sauce and braised soy sauce to adjust the color, add pumpkin and stir-fry for a while, add water to cover the ingredients, and simmer on high heat for forty minutes.
