Simple Spinach and Shredded Pork Dumplings
Overview
LG was on a business trip, and I was alone at home again. I spent most of my time at friends' houses, and the remaining meal and a half consisted of these convenient quick-frozen dumplings or noodles. This method was also taught to me by LG, and I later carried it forward and came up with many new tricks. According to LG, this way of eating is also the local way of eating that he learned when he was in college in the north.
