Overview
Hairtail is a common ingredient among sea fish and its preparation method is simple. The fried hairtail is a very traditional home-cooked delicacy. Especially in the past, it was very honorable to serve fried hairtail fish to guests. But now I don’t want to consume too much fat, so I eat less fried food. If you eat it occasionally, it still tastes delicious.

Remove the head, tail and internal organs of the hairtail, and wash it repeatedly.
