Rinse fresh oyster meat repeatedly with clean water, drain and set aside

Remove the old stems of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, soak it in water for a while, clean it, drain the water and cut it into sections

Cut the frozen tofu into evenly sized pieces, and cut the luncheon meat into small pieces as well

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add frozen tofu and luncheon meat and season with appropriate amount of salt

After boiling again, add the oyster meat and chrysanthemum segments, stir gently and cook until the chrysanthemum is broken

Turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of white pepper, chicken essence, and sesame oil to season and serve
