Garlic Spare Ribs
Overview
The nature of this dish feels somewhat similar to Orleans Grilled Wings. The reason why I say this is that I personally feel that it is more suitable to place it between snacks and serious dishes. I think babies who like meat will like it.

Steps
-
Buy the ribs and wash them. Boil in cold water and wash. Then put it into cold water, add ginger slices and cook. After boiling, add some cooking wine and a drop of balsamic vinegar. Cook for 20 minutes. The length of the ribs is up to you. This is because the knife I brought from China cannot compete with the ribs. So it cannot be processed even if you buy it from the supermarket.
-
Peel and wash the garlic and cut into granules.
-
Cut green peppers, red peppers and onions into small pieces.
-
Take out the cooked ribs.
-
Heat the pot and add a little oil. Put the ribs in and fry. When the ribs are a little sticky to the pan, add onions and green and red pepper dices and stir-fry.
-
Add garlic and continue to stir-fry.
-
Add a spoonful of pork rib soup, appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, salt and sugar to the bowl. Stir and pour into the pot. Then pour in some chili powder. Stir evenly, cover the pot and simmer for 3 minutes. When the juice dries up, the pork ribs are also absorbing the flavor during this process.
-
Turn off the heat. Have a taste. Adjust it to your family’s tastes.
