Remove the tendons from the green beans and break them in half, wash and drain and set aside

Cut the eggplant into long strips, add salt and marinate for half an hour, then squeeze out the water and set aside

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and set aside

Cut the green onion into small pieces, slice the ginger, smash the garlic and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add beans and fry until cooked
