Pastoral Purslane
Overview
Purslane is a very common wild vegetable in rural areas with a slightly sour taste. It has the functions of clearing away heat, disinfecting, etc. The main seasoning in this cold dish I made is raw sesame oil, which is the most common in rural areas. The smell is particularly strong. Served with simple seasonings, it has a pastoral flavor.
