Place the noodles on the steamer tray of the rice cooker and lightly stir them with cooking oil. After steaming for 30 minutes, open the lid and use chopsticks to break up the dough to avoid clumping.

Prepare the ingredients: shred the ginger, slice the pork belly, wash and cut the cowpeas into sections.

Sauté the shredded ginger in hot oil.

Add the meat and fry until it changes color.

Add five-spice powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.

Add boiling water to cover the meat. Cook for one minute.

Add the cowpeas and cook for one minute.

Add noodles and stir-fry to fully absorb the soup.

Put them all on the steamer tray and steam them for a quarter of an hour after boiling the pot.
