  1. Wash the chicken legs, debone them and cut them into small pieces; cut onions, potatoes and carrots into pieces and set aside. (Chicken breast can also be used)

  2. Pour vegetable oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the chicken and fry until it changes color. Add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant. Add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry for a few times. Pour in 300ml of water. After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.

  3. Skim off the foam, put the curry cubes into the pot and stir evenly.

  4. Pour the rice into a bowl, invert it in the center of the plate, and pour the curry over it.
