Ingredients: Bamboo shoots, pickled vegetables (washed), cooked pork belly (cut)

Peel the bamboo shoots and cut off the old roots and clean them.

Place on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Place the washed pickles on the chopping board and chop into pieces, set aside.

Then, blanch the chopped bamboo shoots in a pot of water for 5 minutes and then take them out.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the blanched bamboo shoots and chopped pickled cabbage and stir-fry.

Then, add the sliced cooked pork belly and stir-fry.
