Steps
-
Prepare ingredients: ribs, potatoes, chestnuts, mushrooms, lemon slices, garlic, star anise, red pepper, coriander, green onion.
-
Wash the ribs, put the mushrooms, star anise, rice wine (there is no cooking wine, so use rice wine instead.), lemon slices (I don’t know why I use this, I just think lemon slices are so fragrant😂) and put them all into the pressure cooker.
-
When cooking, you can put peeled potatoes and crossed chestnuts on top and steam them until cooked. (This will save time)
-
Cut the steamed potatoes into cubes, peel the chestnuts, cut the red peppers with a hob, mince the garlic, chopped green onions, and cilantro as you like.
-
You can also use rock sugar or white sugar for brown sugar. If you don’t like sweetness, you can leave it out.
-
Heat the pan and pour cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the steamed ribs in the pressure cooker and stir-fry. Add potato cubes, chestnuts, soy sauce, and oil and stir-fry for a while. (Stir cornstarch and cold water to make soup stock.) Add red pepper, a little brown sugar, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and finally add chopped green onion and coriander.

Yes, that's it.
