Braised lamb trotters - barbecue semi-finished products

I once ate roasted lamb's trotters when traveling in Hailar. Looking back now, I'm still drooling. It was so delicious! You can't just drool, do it yourself and be well clothed! I am a diligent person^_^

Buy sheep's trotters, put white vinegar and cooking wine in cold water, and soak for 1 hour.

Take out the sheep's trotters, blanch them in boiling water, and take them out when the smell is reduced.

Put the blanched sheep's trotters into a cooking pot, add the above seasonings and heat over high heat.

After the water in the pot boils, add the fried sugar color, turn to low heat and simmer for one hour.

Add salt 15 minutes before serving, turn off heat and simmer.

Once the finished product is out of the pan, you can brush it with barbecue sauce and grill it. Your mouth will be watering! I won’t include pictures in the next step, so that everyone doesn’t drool together!
