The main raw material is pig skin.

Various spices in appropriate amounts.

Put the pork skin in the pot with cold water, add a little cooking wine, green onion and ginger slices. Boil the pot for about 5 minutes.

Remove the cooked pork skin.

Cut the pork skin into small pieces.

Put the processed pork skin in a pot under boiling water, add the ingredients, peppercorns, mushroom roots, bay leaves, scallions and ginger slices, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 1 hour.

Add dark soy sauce and a little salt to taste, and cook until it becomes thick like this after 1 hour.
