Soak the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Cut yam into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the sliced pork belly until the oil is released, add ginger, green onion, and star anise and stir-fry.

Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add the yam and mushrooms and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
