Pork Ribs and Steamed Pumpkin with XO Sauce
Overview
The deliciousness of this dish is attributed to the XO sauce. Not even a drop of juice is left behind until the end of the meal. The pumpkin absorbs the aroma of the ribs and XO sauce, making it soft, pink and glutinous. After one bite, it is sweet and fragrant, leaving endless aftertaste. My family often makes steamed pork ribs, because there are foodies in the family who don't like meat, so the pork ribs are always on hand. I didn't expect that after a small change this time, my family said the pork ribs are more delicious.
